Aetna Members—Important Message!
If you have Aetna insurance this message is for you. Aetna does not want us to see you in Urgent Care. Instead you have to schedule an appointment or, if you think it necessary, go to the nearest most appropriate emergency room. We want you to know that if your child is really, really sick and in trouble we don't care what Aetna wants. We are going to see you anyway. We will do our best to work this out with Aetna but until then Urgent Care is not an option for you. If you want to complain tell your employer or whoever bought The Aetna coverage. This situation makes us feel 3 different ways of crappy and we hope it goes away soon. Please accept our apologies.
